Bette Ludwig and Patricia Hinckley, from the Western Michigan University College of Arts and Sciences Advising Office, shared this poster at the WMU Assessment in Action Days Conference 2013 on March 22. Bette and Patricia were recipients of one of the 2012-2013 WMU Assessment Fellows Grants to conduct research on assessment of student learning in an advising environment. This poster provided information regarding their assessment project.
