Marilyn Duke, from the Western Michigan University Center for Academic Success Programs, and Steve Miller, from the Western Michigan University Office of Transfer Student Services, shared this poster and at the WMU Assessment in Action Days Conference 2013 on March 22. Marilyn and Steve were recipients of one of the 2012-2013 WMU Assessment Fellows Grants to conduct research on assessment of student learning in a student support services environment. This poster provided information regarding their assessment project.
