Abstract
There is a dearth of information within the body of sexual orientation literature concerning the specialized needs of sexual minority college students. The following proposed study will seek to guide career counselors by examining how family career support, mentorship, and internalized heterosexism may effect satisfaction of academic major among sexual minority college students.
