Abstract
Literature reports that racial and ethnic minority graduate students experience covert racism and discrimination while in their doctoral programs. Support for racial and ethnic minority women experiencing subtle forms of racism, like microagressions, is needed to decrease attrition in doctoral programs and empower them to become successful leaders and educators.
