Abstract
This discussion would focus on such challenges of ethnic minorities for audience to understand the causes of conflicts and manifestations of these conflicts in career indecisiveness and mental health concerns. The role of counseling psychologists in helping to bridge such gaps, and supporting families with transition, children and adolescents at schools and college centers would be addressed. Recommendations for future research and community based interventions would be discussed.
