Abstract
Do books on tape and other educational support methods have an effect on the school performance of learning disabled/learning differenced students? This project consists of a survey of the parents of children who have been diagnosed as learning differenced (e.g. dyslexic) and who are members of the organization, Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic (RFB&D). The survey questions the parents of these students regarding the various types of educational support methods they and their children have tried, and the relative effectiveness of the various methods at improving school performance. The intent of the project is to determine the parents' perceptions of the kinds of interventions that have been helpful to their learning differenced children.
