Abstract
What influence does positive reinforcement have on job satisfaction? There have been many studies on the topic of job satisfaction and on the topic of positive reinforcement. Many researchers have looked at the different components that lead to job satisfaction. A review of literature must take place before any generalizations can be drawn. The topics of job satisfaction and positive reinforcement must be looked at separately because of the scarce literature on the combination of the two. In addition to this literature review, a case study will be presented to provide further evidence.
