Abstract
The Behavior Analysis Training System (BATS) is a goal-directed system designed by Dr. Richard Malott for doctoral and master's students at Western Michigan University. The goal of BATS is to aid these students, in completing their graduation requirements with little procrastination. It is also designed to provide undergraduate assistants with experience in behavioral systems analysis and assist them in completing a thesis based on their BATS accomplishments.
