Abstract
A fact that is becoming more and more common, both within the classroom and without, is living and working with people of differing cultures and/or religions. Perhaps I'm too idealistic or naive, but I've always been baffled when witnessing strong levels of intolerance for no real reason outside of the fact that they are "different." It was this thought that finally struck whilst trying to think of a topic for my honors thesis. Why not write a children's book about two different cultures coming together through their children?
