Abstract

This project originated with a search for methods of diagnosing a child's problems in a primary school. The child's problems appeared to be unique and methods to assess her problems and implement a means by which to improve them were needed. This model as set forth by Janice Lynn Peterson was selected because it seemed to be what was needed to correctly diagnose this child. The model provided a means for diagnosis and also a pattern of prescription and implementation which was altered slightly to fit the child's particular needs.
