Abstract
The Psychology department at Western Michigan University is host to a program called Behavior Analysis Training System (BATS). The BATS system focuses primarily on practical use of skills in Autism, Organizational Behavioral Management, and Computer-Based Instructional Training. BRSS is a subsystem of the BATS program that is specifically designed to watch over the quality of the work of the other students involved in BATS. Through BRSS, students help other students complete their performance management tasks to complete PSY 499 thesis and PSY 499 non-thesis.
