Abstract
The choreographic intent of "Wearing Flannel" was to explore the positive effects and freedom that diversity can allow. I define diversity as the freedom to be who each of us are. With this freedom comes the responsibility to respect and tolerate those who are different from ourselves. I believe that when each of us are allowed to be ourselves, the world is a much more interesting and enjoyable place to be. It is especially this last aspect of diversity that I aimed to present in my Graduating Presentation.
