Abstract
I am not going to impose upon you an interpretation of Dr. Lawson's poem, "Visions'*. At least not an orthodox one* So stop yawning before you've been bored. I think explicating good poetry or good religion is like explaining a good joke; the joke dies in the retelling (theology, alone, suffices to validate this). So now that you know what this isn't going to be and why not—What is it? Maybe it's an elucidation, or perhaps an undisciplined response. No, let's call it "Who rat for?---Hail of it.—All that for the helluvit?"
