Abstract
I have always held curiosity with more "exotic" Asian meals: those consisting of organ meats and similarly ignored foods in America. Chinese cuisine often includes meats normally discarded by Western butchers: tongues of many animals, stomach, blood, and feet with claws. All of these are portions of the animal that undeniably remind us that they are parts of animals that share analogous anatomy with humans, something Americans avoid; this is made apparent when walking through American grocery stores.
