Abstract
The objective of this project was to evaluate and to make recommendations for the design of a shuttle system for Steelcase's Load Point Consolidation (LPC) Program The scope of the shuttle system that was evaluated, included the number of trailers and drivers necessary, the manpower requirements, and shuttle delivery process required to support fluctuating levels of production.
