Abstract

A Bachelor's degree is not an automatic ticket for employment, thus the author investigates the trends influencing students, changes in attitudes, and the programs and research recently undertaken to help students channel their interests and education to a satisfying job. Critical examination of the current policies and programs leads to some constructive suggestions for future vocational activities.
