Abstract
Good nutrition is essential in promoting a healthy lifestyle and in preventing illnesses. Nutrition affects people of all ages, but it is fundamental to begin proper nutrition habits early in childhood to gain long-term benefits and practices. It is believed that food practices and behaviors are learned within the first few years of life, therefore it is imperative to implement health eating behaviors from birth.
