Abstract
"Stories of WIDR" is a collection of interviews from past employees of Western Michigan University's student run radio station, WIDR 89.1 Fm. It is an ongoing project with participants from each era of WIDR's history starting in the 1950's and continuing to the present. They have been edited and given personal perspective to focus on the subject's individual experience and historical context to provide information on the time period discussed. Included in my thesis are Part One and Part Two of what I hope to ultimately be a six part series.
