Abstract
It's important to make your best effort in every endeavor, however, that phrase takes on new meaning when used to refer to breast cancer. "Do Your B.E.S.T., Breast Education Saves Tomorrows" is an educational program created to teach young women the importance of breast self-examinations and mammography.
