Abstract
The training currently available to Kalamazoo County Juvenile Court/Juvenile Home employees is oriented towards allowing employees the opportunity to develop implicit skills while participating in programs to further develop their explicit skills. Such effective and coordinated training contributes significantly to the organization's overall capacity to perform its mission of providing a comprehensive delivery service system. In addition, employees gain a sense of responsibility and significance in helping to cultivate a progressive organization.
Evaluation surveys were completed by participants in the 1991 training programs to assess the overall effectiveness of the programs attended and to receive recommendations for "needed training' in the coming year.
