Abstract
Ever since the death of Josef Stalin, the Soviet political system has been undergoing transition in varying degrees, while change in methodological analysis has failed to keep pace with the evolution of politics in the USSR. The period of the fifties in the Soviet Union witnessed the phenomena of widespread social reform, due in part to the somewhat relaxed political climate of the early Khrushchev years. The educational reform in particular was a question of leadership policy proposals being widely debated by various groups, several of which eventually influenced the policy outcome.
