Alyssa has a way with imagery that pulls one directly into the scene in a dreamlike manner while at the same time utilizing diction and syntax to stay poised there, just between dreams and reality. I believe she has chosen her subject well to fit her unique style of writing.

This story is an invitation to explore worlds hanging just outside one's consciousness. It intertwines fantasy with facts providing a realistic dream or a dreamlike reality - that is for the reader to decide. As the author of this piece, my goal has been to make the audience find it to be a poetic concept and be left wanting more from his own world.
