Cerevisia Sancta: Monastic Brewing Revisited is a session that will revisit some of the scholarly issues associated with the production of ales in medieval monasteries. The three presenters have all recently published articles on these topics in the AVISTA Forum Journal, and this will provide them with an opportunity to share some of their new ideas.
