July 6, 2015 marks the 600th anniversary of the execution of Jan Hus at the Council of Constance. In memory of this event, the session will focus on the relationship between Cusanus and the Hussite and related Wycliffite movements. In his lifetime, Cusanus and his peers (such as Heymeric of Campo) engaged the ecclesiological and theological controversies surrounding Hus and his followers.
