A round-table to mark the publication in 2016 of The Music of the Beneventan Rite (Monumenta Modica Medii Aevi 9, 2016), edited by Thomas Forrest Kelly and Matthew Peattie. The round-table with the editors and scholarly interlocutors will address the challenges and principal discovers of the edition and articulate questions further research, and invite respondents and audience to raise questions regarding the rationale, method, and results of the chant edition.
