The goal of the present work is to observe x-rays from oxygen for the purpose of investigating resonant-transfer and excitation (RTE) , and projectile and target x-ray emission resulting from inner-shell capture. Projectile energies in the range 5-25 MeV will be examined to investigate RTE for heavy targets [2,3].
