Abstract

This study is a qualitative analysis of interviews with eight gay male couples with young children about their experiences of work-family balance. The data is analyzed using Consensual Qualitative Research (CQR, Hill et al. 1997) and aims to contribute to a strong definition of the construct work-family balance.
