Abstract
Collegiate student-athletes represent a college-student subpopulation with unique challenges and implications for vocational counseling. Student-athletes often exhibit stunted career development compared to non-athletes leading to potential vocational and psychological consequences. This poster will present an intervention designed to enhance career development by increasing student-athletes’ career decision-making self-efficacy.
