Abstract
Given the growing calls for psychologists to increase their competency to combat systemic racism, anti-Black racism, and White supremacy, more attention on strengthening the race-specific training offered to counseling psychology trainees is needed. This training is particularly important for trainees who are invested in working with individuals and communities of color.
