#### Abstract

This paper explores (1) the set of units of Z_{j}[x] where j is square-free set of units of Z_{j}, and (2) the set of the units of Z_{n}[x] where n is not square-free and is a set of polynomials f(x) = a_{0} + g(x) where a_{0 }is a unit in Z_{n} and g(x) is a nilpotent in Z_{n}[x] (i.e., f(x) = a_{0} + a1x + ... + a_{t}x^{t} where a_{0} is a unit and all the other coefficients are nilpotent in Z_{n}).
