Abstract
This paper analyzes the changing role of the Human Resource function in a tech savvy world where the need for a "Human Element" is the sole requirement. The paper assesses strategies and utilizes different angles to assess the role of Human Resources, and suggests a variety of actions that could be pursued. The majority of findings are based on the author's internship experience at Domino's Pizza LLC.
