Abstract
Introduction
The purpose of this research was to develop a generalized synthesis of substituted tetrahydropyrimidopyrimidines. It was also of interest to prepare related compounds for the purpose of structure determination.
We were interested in tetrahydropyrimidopyrimidines as possible folic acid antagonists.
