Description
The goal of this workshop is to allow those who have studied Old French and Middle French to practice and improve their pronunciation of these early forms of the language. Whether one teaches the texts and wishes to help students understand the evolution of the French language or only engages in literary and/or historical research, the ability to read aloud using pronunciation approximating that of the past enhances the scholar's experience and engagement with any text.
