Activists and Pastors Sue Texas Governor over Stay-at-home Order
Texas governor, Gov. Greg Abbott (R), is being sued by pastors and activists who feel their constitutional rights have been violated. Gov. Abbott (R) issued a stay-at-home order on 4/16/2020. The stay at home order has led to places of worship, such as churches, to being closed. The lawsuit is led by conservative activist Steve Hotze.
