Abstract
This article details the prevention efforts made by the State of New York and the State’s decision to end certain restrictions on places of worship. The article discusses Phase 2 of New York’s reopening plan along with the efforts made by New York City to prevent the spread of the virus. Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York, Mayor Bill de Blasio of New York City, and Governor Phil Murphy of New Jersey are featured in the article.
