Abstract

This article details the lawsuit filed by The Upper Midwest Law Center against the State of Minnesota in order to lift restrictions on places of worship. The article discusses issues such as the First Amendment and the opening of secular institutions such as the Mall of America. Doug Seaton, the president of Upper Midwest Law Center, along with Minnesota Governor Tim Walz are featured in the article.
