Abstract
The National Funeral Directors Association gives their guidelines and regulations regarding funerals, burials, and cremation processes. The policies are intended to ensure the health and safety of individuals during burials and graveside services. Military and veteran funerals are discussed. The guidelines posted by the National Funeral Directors association are intended for anyone in the United States of any religious tradition, but also for those who do not identify with a religious tradition.
