Abstract
Bio: Dr. Tim Pletcher currently serves as the executive director for the Michigan Health Information Network Shared Services (MiHIN), Michigan’s initiative to continuously improve healthcare quality, efficiency and patient safety by promoting secure, electronic exchange of health information. Pletcher also currently retains an appointment as the director of the Institute for Health and Business Insight at Central Michigan University. He earned a B.S. from the University of Michigan and has a doctorate of health administration from CMU.
