Chapter I
The Problem and Its Background
It is the purpose of this chapter to first present some general concepts pertaining to management, and then to present the problem explored in this study. The purpose of the problem, basic assumptions made, and definition of terms used in the investigation are explained. Also included is the background and importance of this study. A summary concludes the chapter.
