During the 1st Annual Western Michigan University Assessment in Action Day Conference held on March 12, 2010, the 2009-10 Faculty Assessment Grant winners presented an overview of their work on assessment in their fields of expertise. This presentation was an overview of the work done by Dr. Glinda Rawls, instructor and career counselor at WMU, Dr. Toni Woolfork-Barnes, director of First-Year Experience Programs at WMU and Ms. Lauren Frye who assisted with the research for the grant.
