Abstract
The purpose of this project is to develop a holistic and sustainable assessment process for the Performance Driven Leadership electronic portfolio that is completed as part of the M.A. in Educational Leadership Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership (HESA) concentration.

Dr. Ramona Lewis and Ms. Casey Dornhecker, from the Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology, shared this poster at the 2019 WMU Assessment in Action Conference on March 15. They were the recipients of one of the 2018-19 WMU Assessment Fellows Grants to conduct research on assessment of student learning outcomes.
