Educational Leadership, Research and Technology

The Department of Educational Leadership, Research and Technology (ELRT) at Western Michigan University is comprised of six different programs: a Ph.D. degree in Educational Leadership in K-12 leadership, higher education leadership, organizational analysis, and workforce education and development; an educational specialist (Ed.S.) in EDLD, K-12 leadership; a Master’s degree with concentrations in K-12 leadership and higher education student affairs leadership; Educational and Global Leadership; and K-12 Principal & Interscholastic Athletic Administration. In addition, ELRT offers a Ph.D. and master’s degrees in Evaluation, Measurement and Research. Two additional master’s degrees are offered in Educational and Instructional Technology, and Organizational Change Leadership.
