Abstract
With the steadily increasing use of fiberboard containers for purposes for which other materials were formerly used, determination of the durability of such containers has become a major problem. This is especially true of the food industry, which is now using over 30% of all fiberboard containers manufactured in the United States - a larger proportion than is used for any other single purpose.
