Abstract
Therapists’ diagnostic and treatment choices are fundamental components of mental health care. The purpose of this study is to understand how therapists use client context – SES, race, and environmental stressors – to inform diagnostic and treatment decisions. Therapists’ responses to client vignettes are described, with a focus on clinical applications.
