This roundtable will explore clinical supervision as a space for growth and social justice advocacy. Facilitated by four women of color doctoral interns, we will discuss personal experiences in diverse supervisory relationships. Attendees will reflect on how supervisors can create environments that foster critical consciousness and challenge systemic oppression.
