Abstract
My project is the intermediate practicum (IP) at Croyden Avenue School (CAS). The project was designed to take student technicians who are not performing at a high enough level in the Basic Practicum to go directly into the Advanced Practicum (AP) and improve their Discrete Trial Training skills (DTT) so that they can precede on to the AP, if they so choose. We are training the IP students to function as behavioral therapists for the Croyden students. This is similar to research that has been done training parents of children with autism to serve the same function (Symon, 2005).
