Abstract
The Behavioral Systems Analysis Project (BSAP) is a dynamic subsystem of the Behavior Analysis Training System (BATS). It is also a supplementary course to PSY 4600; it provides students with additional practice in the application of important systems analysis principles. The BSAP offers students that are interested in OBM/IO a hands-on learning opportunity. Students conduct a behavioral intervention within an organization to increase productivity or quality of work in a pinpointed area. The BSAP System provides feedback and guidance throughout this process.
