Abstract
Wireless Campus Assessments become more and more important with the advance in telecommunication and wireless technologies and their increasing popularity and significance. The main issue is concerned with the manageability of security. An assessment can provide leads and recommendations towards the improvement of the general security posture and for the overall governance of a wireless environment. This research focuses on the wireless campus at Western Michigan University as a case study to understand the concepts of security assessment and further propose a useful model, which leads to the development of a wireless security assessment list.
