Abstract

Bible Truth Books (BTB) is a discount retail bookstore carrying about 700 titles of Christian books which are sold mostly on a mail order basis. Until this past April, all of BTB's invoicing, accounting and reordering had been done manually. In April, 1991, BTB received a donation of an IBM PC computer and I assumed the task of developing a computerized invoicing system. So far, I have completed the computerization of the invoicing function and have assumed the additional programming tasks of integrating the Cash Receipts Journal and the inventory reordering system.
