Abstract
The Spanish Grammar Testing Center: An Interactive Information System for Spanish Students and Instructors is an interactive learning resource for the students and faculty of Western Michigan University's Spanish Language Department. This system offers an entirely computer based approach to skills assessment testing - from test composition to test taking to score calculations. While it may serve as a replacement for traditional tests taken in a classroom setting, this system is particularly designed to benefit those Spanish students requiring additional assistance in grammar comprehension. Therefore, it is most anticipated to play a supplementary role to instructors' current methods of student evaluation.
